More than a simple and effective search engine listing all available sources in design (professionals, products, design places, events, etc.), it also is an informative system offering exchange forums which centralize all the industry's offers (deals, jobs, classified advertising) for business people, professionals and design enthusiastic.

RESEAU-DESIGN.com is a direct point of contact between companies, professionals and consumers to exchange products, services, job offers or applications. It is the responsibility of the parties mentioned above to complete the entirety of transactions regarding services and /or products' purchases, not included or offered by RESEAU-DESIGN.com. Although we work our hardest to maintain our website's security, we cannot declare nor guarantee that articles announced are of quality and legal (in particular the E-boutique), we cannot declare nor guarantee that declarations are exact or valid (in particular directories), we cannot declare nor guarantee sellers' ability to sell nor buyers' ability to buy.

If you decide to register or subscribe to such functionality, you commit to provide truthful and updated information as required by the registration and subscription's process, and promptly update this information if necessary to keep it correct and complete. 3.2. Fees and services

The consultation of RESEAU-DESIGN.com is free. However, fees will be applied according to services offered. Sums mentioned are in Canadian dollars and we reserve the right to modify them at any time and without notice.

It is possible that we change our fees temporarily in the case of new promotional events or services; these changes take effect when we announce the new promotional event or service. Our fees are not refundable and you are responsible for payments when they are owed. If you do not pay the owed fees in the agreed time limit, we reserve the ability to limit your access to our services. If your method of payment fails or you payment is late, it is possible that we arrange for a third party to collect the amount (for accounts having overrun their deadlines from 180 days, it is possible that we deduce the amount from your Paypal account). Buying an E-boutique package and once the fees are paid, members acquire a number of credits that enable them to displace advertisements on RESEAU-DESIGN.com and use our services. This possible number of advertisements and the specifications for the visual display are detailed on this website. Buying a package within directories, and once fees are paid, members acquire the right to have their text on the website as long as package's fees are paid.

4. Submitting of the content

RESEAU-DESIGN.com offers you functions enabling you to post and submit offers, messaged, data, texts, photographs, videos and other materials. These functions also allow interacting with RESEAU-DESIGN.com, its employees, representatives and other users in particular using directories, the E-boutique, news feed and blogs.

When posting or submitting your content on RESEAU-DESIGN.com, you hereby grant to the website an unlimited, irrevocable, non-exclusive, everlasting and free:

To become a member or post an advertisement on RESEAU-DESIGN.com, a three step approach was created. You first have to fill the registration form on the website. When the registration is completed, you will be automatically connected as a member user. You will then fill a form according to the chosen package and you will validate it. Then, the system will ask you to confirm the given information, choices you have made and fees attached and corresponding to them.

During this confirmation, the system sends a message to the website's administrators so they can evaluate your advertisement and decide to approve of it or reject it. Indeed, from this step, note that no refunds will be made.
